Terms and Conditions of hire with KS Photobooths Ltd

By renting from KS Photobooths Ltd, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. You are responsible for reading the entire document.​
The following terms and conditions will set forth an agreement between KS Photobooths Ltd and "the client" for photo booth services for the event. This written agreement sets forth the full written intention of both parties and supersedes all other written and/or oral agreements between the parties.

​TERMS​
The client understands that all images from this booth are sent via Wi-Fi/4G/5G connection and photos may be delayed to guests if the connection is lost or the signal is weakened. All photos taken at the event will be sent to guests once a strong connection is made.
The quality of photos is subjective and not grounds for refunds. All our equipment is industry standard for the purpose of novelty photo booth rental service. Payment must be made before additional time can be allowed.
The printer works best on a Wi-Fi signal - we have our own Wi-Fi but on occasions this may not work depending on signal.

​Rental for the event will be confirmed in an email with timings once the booking form is completed

​There may be additional charges if the booth has been damaged during its hire period.

KS Photobooths Ltd will consult with the client/venue as to where the photo booth will be placed for the event. Prior permission must be sought from us by the client & venue staff before relocation.

As with all electrical items, breakdowns can occur. If any of our equipment breaks down during your hire we will do our best to sort it as quickly as possible, if we cannot fix it we will reimburse for the period of hire left on your booking.
However if the printer stops working during your hire this is not grounds for refund, your photos can still be sent digitally and can be printed and sent to you after the event.

​PAYMENT​
To reserve a photo booth rental service for the event, a deposit of £100 must be made upon booking. Service will not be rendered if full payment is not received no less than one month prior to the event date.
We may not be able to provide extra hours if not previously arranged. Extra hours provided without being scheduled must be paid in full via electronic payment. KS Photobooths Ltd must be made aware in advance of any parking fees required to allow access to the venue or required for us to remain at the location for the duration of the event or setup time.

​DATE CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
​The £100 deposit is non-refundable. Any request for a date change must be made at least 6 months in advance of the original event date. Change is subject to photo booth availability. If there is no availability for an alternate date the payment shall be refunded minus deposit. Any requests for a refund must be made in writing via email for proper processing.
At the sole discretion of KS Photobooths event rental may be cancelled and prior payments will be fully refunded if services cannot be rendered at all due to unforeseen circumstances on our part. Notification of such cancellation will be made as soon as possible and once refunded KS Photobooths shall no longer be indebted to the client.
Cancellations made by the client or due to insufficient or incorrect space after we have arrived at the venue will not be refunded. Refunds may take up to 14 days to be processed.

Please be aware that KS Photobooths Ltd operates a zero tolerance approach to abuse (whether verbal or physical) from the clients and/or users of the photobooth, the hire period may be terminated if any abuse occurs

PROPS
All props are sole property of KS Photobooths Ltd. All props must be returned in a satisfactory condition to KS Photobooths Ltd at the end of the event.
Our props are allocated and logged to each event, any missing props may incur a charge of £5 per prop to replace.
